Ever find yourself in need of some tools for a project that you’d rather not have to buy outright? The sharing economy is stronger than ever and hoping to make Winchester it’s next home!

A tool library allow patrons to check out or borrow tools, equipment and “how-to” instructional materials, functioning either as a rental shop, with a charge for borrowing the tools. The Valley Makers Association is creating the Shenandoah Valley’s first tool library in Winchester. The VMA is still building this resource for the community and hopes to launch in the Fall.
